On a hillside of Pantokratoras, The Merchant’s House Boutique B&B is the realization of a bold idea that literally and figuratively changed the landscape of Old Perithia. This couple of Londoners invested, in 2009, on the wild beauty of the abandoned village, renovated a complex of stone houses dating back to the Venetian occupation, and created an exemplary guesthouse. Their interest and perseverance paid off; old and new proprietors follow their example by giving life to a remarkable settlement.
